MEET THE TEAM
The Elevage Partners team – financial planners, wealth management advisors and client service representatives – is here to help you invest for your WHY™.
FINANCIAL PLANNER
Chris Beede
I’ve spent 39 years in the financial services industry, including 35 years in corporate finance and strategic planning before making a pivot to personal financial planning. I find financial planning tremendously rewarding because it puts the client’s interests first. My corporate experience taught me that the foundation of business success is a strong team commitment to building and consistently delivering a superior customer experience. Finding a way to combine these two elements is what motivates me when I work with Elevage Partners clients. As a big picture strategic thinker, I put my strong analytic skills and experience to work when financial planning. I am currently a candidate for CFP® certification and I have earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bucknell University.
Outside of the office, I enjoy golf, cycling and gardening. My wife and I have two adult daughters who currently reside on each coast. We reside in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR
Mark Zembo, MBA
I believe our lives are built around stories. Stories help define us, and the clients I work with are no different – they each have stories about who they are and dreams to share. As an advisor, I love hearing what’s important to the person in front of me – especially when it comes to their financial story. I listen, ask questions, and seek to help clients establish solid financial footing for the path ahead and that next chapter in their lives.
So, what’s my story? I brought 23 years of financial services and business owner experience to Elevage Partners when I joined the firm in 2021. Family influences and my years of business coaching taught me the importance and value of a team approach to solving problems and creating opportunities – especially in an employee-owned company where our clients’ success creates our success. The firm’s team of specialists business model is a natural fit for me. It means we are supporting clients through collaborative efforts of planning, investing and client services.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and a Series 65 license. I am a Certified Business Coach™, and I recently earned a master’s degree in professional coaching through Middlesex University in the United Kingdom.
I enjoy spending time with my four sons as they pursue their goals in school and sports. I’m also attempting to master the game of golf. (Did that make you laugh?) When I’m not traveling to meet with clients, you’ll find me at home in Sunbury, Ohio, with my wife and our two energetic dogs, or on road trips with the boys to away ball games or wrestling tournaments. Farming is a part of my family’s history, and I can sometimes be seen riding my tractor to help maintain our property – it’s an activity that offers a great change of pace and meaningful responsibility.

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Lola Rogich
I joined Elevage Partners in 2023 after moving to the White Mountains of Arizona. Besides greeting clients at the front desk at our office in Show Low, Ariz., I’m the voice you generally hear when you call Elevage Partners. I direct client inquiries to the right team member, help schedule appointments and assist with follow-up administrative tasks.
I bring a deep background in customer service, which is why the nameplate on my desk reads: Client Advocate. I previously worked in customer service at AT&T, where I was part of the customer retention team. The position involved dealing with frustrated or angry customers all day, but I asked to be in that department so that I could help solve problems. What if it’s my mother or my sister on the other end of the line? I would want them to get the help they want. I enjoy connecting with people, listening to them and finding solutions.
My husband, Brian, and I live in Vernon, Ariz., with our three dogs and love the White Mountains, where we enjoy hiking, camping, and riding our Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

PRESIDENT
Lori Powell
Throughout my career, I have been motived by the quest to help clients – especially women – make informed and confident decisions regarding their money. One of our company’s key responsibilities to clients is to create meaning about money and ensure understanding about the financial choices they make at any stage of their life journey. Understanding “why” is as important as knowing “how,” and I believe we best serve our clients when their “why” is well planned for. Prior to becoming president of Elevage Partners in 2021, I spent 35 years working in the corporate financial services industry. I hold a Series 65 license and a Certified Master Business Coach™ credential. I earned my bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington and a master’s degree in professional coaching from Middlesex University in London. Currently, I am in the research phase of a doctoral program that is addressing the true wishes and needs of women as consumers of financial services.
When not in the office, I enjoy entertaining, reading, rooting for the Golden State Warriors, travel, gardening, and solving puzzles. After residing in Napa, Calif., for 22 years and now living on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada range in Reno, Nev., my husband, Jeff, (Elevage Partners’ CEO), and I are enjoying mountain life. We have three furry kids, our Bernese Mountain Dogs.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Rylee Molck
My professional path shifted in 2020 when I accepted my first position in financial services. Since joining Elevage Partners in 2022, my role has expanded and now allows me to bring my organizational skills, computer knowledge, attention to detail, and my quest for quick problem resolution to the benefit of a larger number of people. I view every account as a puzzle to be solved and enjoy watching the pieces fall into place. I love watching numbers grow and knowing how those numbers can create a feeling of peace and security. It is my goal to make sure that as many people as possible can have these feelings.
In college I studied nursing, which gave me a deeper appreciation for people's needs and helping them meet those needs. I continue to bring this to my work with me every single day. By connecting with my clients, I can follow my heart into each and every account and I have a front row seat to their success in life.
I enjoy archery, puzzles and jumping into a good romance book now and then. I can often be found in or around my home doing arts and crafts, playing games, or training birds. I live in the White Mountains of Arizona with my husband, son and my bird, Kel.
