Elevage Partners welcomes new team member Lola Rogich
We are thrilled to introduce you to Lola Rogich, our new receptionist and client services representative based in our Show Low, Ariz., office.
In addition to her role greeting clients at the front desk, Lola will be the primary voice you hear when you call Elevage Partners. Lola will direct your inquiries to the right team member, will schedule appointments and will assist with follow-up administrative tasks. We are quite certain that Lola will brighten your day when you speak with her.
Lola brings a deep background in customer service, which is why the nameplate on her desk reads: Client Advocate. Lola’s prior job was with AT&T customer service, where she was part of the customer retention team. Although that position involved dealing with frustrated or angry customers all day, Lola says she asked to be in that department so that she could help solve problems. “What if it’s my mother or my sister on the other end of the line? I would want them to get the help they want. I enjoy connecting with people and finding solutions for whatever need they may have,” she explains.
“As a noun, the word advocate refers to a person acting on behalf of and in the best interest of another,” Elevage Partners President Lori Powell says. “That’s a corollary to Elevage Partners’ duty as a fiduciary that is legally obligated to act in the best interest of our clients. Ultimately, Lola will help clients obtain the information or service they’re seeking.”
Expect to receive an introductory phone call from Lola at some point in the next few weeks. She is eager to get to know you.
Lola and her husband, Brian, live in nearby Vernon, Ariz., and love the White Mountains, where they enjoy hiking, camping, and riding their Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
